A. Key Definition
 

Career Development Corporation LTD, hereinafter referred to as CDC, we, us, our supplier.
 

Purchaser means hereinafter referred to as you, your, student.
 

Certification coordinators mean, CC, license holders)
 

Product or merchandise means learning materials, study materials.

B. Module release

These study materials “modules” can be released at the rate of (1) module a week, or all (12) modules at once, and once appropriate payment is received, you can expect to receive an official payment receipt, along with certification modules within 1–2 hours.


C. Product defects

Upon receipt of the product ("the learning materials"), you are allowed 3 days to notify us of any defects or poor quality. If you fail to complain about product quality within 3 days, it will be conclusive that the product was received by you in good and acceptable order as advertised by us.



D. Refund policy

You are entitled to a full refund within (14) days of purchase (payment) provided that you did not access any of the course materials. Access is defined as having created or opened a username and password to the student course portal, or as having returned a course test module answer sheet for marking. Once any of the modules wre returned, your refind entitlement becomes NIL. 



E. Certification term

You understand that you will be allowed up to 12 months to complete all modules, irrespective of whether you are still employed by your sponsor. If your 12-month term has expired, and you wish to extend your course access, a fee in the amount of £30.00 per 30-day extension will become payable.

F. Personal development
You agree that our certification programs are for your personal development only, and for no other reason.

G. Payment processing
You understand that a master certification license is owned by your Certification Coordinator "CC" and approved by us acting in the capacity of an independent agent, so payments must be made directly to your appointed “CC” and not to us.
You also understand that although we will remain the responsible party to send out the learning materials to you, and to mark your study test answer sheets, we will also be submitting an invoice to you on behalf of your “CC” with payment details to whom your payment is to be made.

H. Cancellation policy
In the event that you wish to cancel, you agree to send a notice of cancellation and request for refund to cancellation@ careerdevelopmentcorporation.co.uk, and understand that any refund due will be made to you within (21) days from the date of cancellation notice.
