Module release

These study materials “modules” can be released at the rate of (1) module a week, or all (12) modules at once, and once appropriate payment is received, you can expect to receive an official payment receipt, along with certification modules immediately.



Product defects

Upon receipt of the product ("the learning materials"), you are allowed 3 days to notify us of any defects or poor quality. If you fail to complain about product quality within 3 days, it will be conclusive that the product was received by you in good and acceptable order as advertised by us.



Refund policy

During the (14) day cooling-off period expires, your entitlement to a refund will be as follows: -

(1) If you completed modules 1–4, you and your sponsor will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the full purchase price within (14) days of the date of cancellation.

(2) Once you complete 5 or more modules, you and your sponsor will be entitled to a ZERO refund of the purchase price.

(3) During the (14) day cooling-off period, if all 12 modules were received by you, but not yet accessed, your refund entitlement will be 50% of the total fee paid. After the (14) day cooling-off period elapses, your refund entitlement will be ZERO.

 

Certification term

You understand that you will be allowed up to 12 months to complete all modules, irrespective of whether you are still employed by your sponsor. If your 12-month term has expired, and you wish to extend your course access, a fee in the amount of £30.00 per 30-day extension will become payable.
 

Cancellation policy

In the event that you wish to cancel, you agree to send a notice of cancellation and request for refund to cancellation@ careerdevelopmentcorporation.co.uk, and understand that any refund due will be made to you within (21) days from the date of cancellation notice.
